London-based Video Production and Documentary Videography
I am an award-winning freelance videographer based in London. I specialise in short-form documentaries, cinematic videography, and content creation for non-profits and businesses around the world. This has included filming events, interviews, artistic performances, DRTV adverts for broadcast, and PR and comms videos for organisations.
I have worked as a camera operator and editor for over seven years, with extensive experience working internationally, having filmed in over 20 countries on topics including climate change, neurodiversity, animal rights, the plight of refugees, and artistic expression and suppression.

Accolades and Awards
For my short documentary ‘Baring Iran’ about a nudist photographer in Iran, I won best documentary at the ‘Erotic and bizarre art film festival’, was selected for the ‘Deptford Cinema film festival’ and the ‘Lift-Off Global network sessions 2020’, and was awarded highest commendation at the ‘UK seasonal short film festival 2020’.
I worked with the international charity SPANA to increase audience over 20% (to half a million followers) over three years. My Facebook videos were viewed 2.6 million times a year. My film 'Mules of Imlil' was nominated for the Charity Film Awards 2019, filmed in Morocco's Atlas mountains.
My videography background
I graduated from OTOXO Production’s documentary filmmaking school in Barcelona in 2014 and began working as a freelance videographer. In 2015 I worked as a videojournalist for the online news organisation Palestine Monitor, based in Ramallah in the Occupied Territories and also produced arts and culture videos for the Middle East Eye.
I moved to London in 2017 to provide videography services for SPANA, which gave me the opportunity to travel extensively to developing countries. This honed my skills in intercultural communication, working with subjects to tell their stories, and managing filming logistics in challenging environments.
I film on Sony a7iii cameras with prime and zoom lenses. I have many years of experience of filming with a wide range of makes and models of cameras including the Sony FS7.
My selection of microphones includes two Rode radio receivers with clip microphones, a Zoom recorder and a Rode top-mounted microphone. My camera supports include a gimbal and two manfrotto tripods.
